Crying is brought by emotion.. An grieve feelings that will result to a teary eyes.. During our college days, we cannot deny that some of our classmates cried due to different reasons. As classmates we tried to ease the pain by sharing our shoulders or lending to them our ears.

In this article we will try to recall those moments. It’s not my intention to hurt you again but just to remember those days which I believe made us what we are now

TOP Asian University Revealed!

Enrollment is approaching and for the newly high school grads it is tough to select degree! And for the parents they need to select the best university for their child’s future.  They have different standard in choosing a university where they can secure employment after their graduated.

Let me share to you an email I received. A good ideology to start this year. These are few lines which is so important for us in our daily living. In return, this could make our life more productive, healthy and happy. Start from yourself and spread to others.

HANDBOOK 2010

Health :
1.       Drink plenty of water.
2.       Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3.       Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants..
4.       Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
5.       Make time to pray.
6.       Play more games
7.       Read more books than you did in 2009 .
8.       Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
9.       Sleep for 7 hours.
10.    Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.
